I think the number one thing that makes Alameda unique is our people. We're passionate. about our community and the people we *share* it with.
This website was created to strengthen our community by helping those in need, here in Alameda. There are many organizations and people in need all over the country. I wanted to create a site specifically for Alamedans to help other Alamedans. And it's not just about donating money. Check out the links on the left to see how you can help!
What makes this different from giving to other organizations is that you get to experience first hand the results of your giving. You know exactly where and to whom your giving goes.
